Join LDBA Studio and Instructor Devon Burke, on a watercolor exploration of items found in New Mexico. In this 3 hour studio class inspired by New Mexico's own Georgia O'Keeffe, participants will be painting a still-life study from a variety of items found in the New Mexican landscape. Stones, bones, cacti, and chili peppers are among some of the many items that participants will study using our very own LDBA paint palette!

All skill levels are welcome! Paint palette and brushes will be provided.

Devon Burke is a watercolor artist and instructor working out of her studio in Santa Fe, NM. She specializes in plein air and in studio landscapes inspired by her traveling adventures. She is a current instructor for the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum teaching introductory and intermediate watercolor courses. She received both her BFA and MFA in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts and Boston University.
