Artist Georgia Carbone will guide you through the process of creating your own still life using carefully curated objects that exemplify New Mexico's unique nature, wildlife, cultures, history, and art-historical legacy... yes, there will be a cow skull! This fun and inspiring workshop will cover: layering, color-matching, blending, composition, light & shadow, and other fundamental watercolor painting techniques. All skill levels welcome!

Georgia Carbone is a Santa Fe based artist who engages sacred and contemporary art techniques and practices. She received her MFA from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco and has been painting with watercolor for over 20 years! Her artwork focuses on the healing power of art and creativity. She is the owner of ELECTR∆ Gallery and GEORGI∆ ELECTR∆ Sacred Arts Studio.
