It’s cold outside! We invite you into the studio for a one day watercolor workshop on painting the 'Canyon Road Art Scene.’

We will explore painting and drawing fundamentals including color theory, composition, technique, and style, as well as painting in the digital age. You will become familiar and confident with watercolor and find joy in painting this unique cornerstone of Santa Fe.

All skill levels are encouraged to attend, and all materials provided.

Plein air painter Sean Hudson is an Albuquerque based creative professional with a great love and curiosity for art and its ability to transform our perception of the world. He’s a working studio artist and a passionate teacher with a particular aptitude for encouraging and inspiring personal narratives and unique styles at all levels in the artistic path. He holds a MFA in studio art from the University of New Mexico and a BFA in painting and drawing from the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design.
