Cornflower Blue
Cornflower Blue
$10.00
This summer we were driving outside of Sancerre, France and suddenly we came upon an entire field of cornflowers. We stopped the car and entered the magical field, in awe. That powdery blue, like a butterfly’s wings, a thousand blue faces blowing in the breeze. This is that color. It’s a dream to paint with- sunrise powder blue, the puff of sun bleached color on a mussel shell- a pastel combination of lavender and robins egg blue.
Pale, matte and semi transparent.
Lightfastness is excellent.
